Our Policies
Each reservation at our San Antonio bed and breakfast is important to us. Please read through our policies below.
Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express
Rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on holidays.
State and Local taxes apply.
Deposits
To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve your room as early as possible.
One night deposit at time of booking. Balance to be paid on arrival. A 50% deposit for extended stays may be requested.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded if notified a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival less a $25 cancellation fee per room.
If cancellation is made later, guests are responsible for the entire stay.
No shows are charged in full.
Check-in / Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 P.M., or by arrangement
Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
Restrictions
This is a nonsmoking Pipe Creek lodging.
Pets are NOT permitted.
The Lorene House is suitable for families and children are welcome. Children in Cricket house only by special arrangement.
Special Occasion Services
Requires 48 hours advance notice.
Fresh flowers delivered to your room: $60.00 plus tax.
Fruit and Cheese tray with a bottle of sparkling white grape juice: $50.00 plus tax.
