Our Policies

• We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express
• Rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on holidays.
• State and Local taxes apply.

• To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve your room as early as possible.
• One night deposit at time of booking. Balance to be paid on arrival. A 50% deposit for extended stays may be requested.

• In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded if notified a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival less a $25 cancellation fee per room.
• If cancellation is made later, guests are responsible for the entire stay.
• No shows are charged in full.

• Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 P.M., or by arrangement
  Check-out: 11:00 A.M.

• This is a nonsmoking Pipe Creek lodging.
• Pets are NOT permitted.
• The Lorene House is suitable for families and children are welcome. Children in Cricket house only by special arrangement.

• Requires 48 hours advance notice.
• Fresh flowers delivered to your room: $60.00 plus tax.
• Fruit and Cheese tray with a bottle of sparkling white grape juice: $50.00 plus tax.
